1. Material characteristics
PPSU (polystyrene sulfone) is a high performance thermoplastic with the following properties:
High heat resistance: PPSU can be used at high temperatures for a long time, its glass transition temperature (Tg) is about 180°C, continuous use temperature up to 160°C.
Excellent mechanical properties: PPSU has high strength, high rigidity and good impact resistance.
Chemical resistance: PPSU has good corrosion resistance to a variety of acids, bases, solvents and hydrocarbons.
Flame retardant: PPSU is self-extinguishing and meets a variety of flame retardant standards.
Transparency: PPSU maintains a certain degree of transparency after forming and is suitable for applications requiring transparent observation.
Biocompatibility: PPSU meets food grade and medical grade standards and is non-toxic and harmless to humans.
2. Material properties
Mechanical properties: PPSU has excellent tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness, suitable for the production of high strength structural parts.
