1. Material characteristics
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a high performance engineering plastic that combines excellent weather resistance, mechanical strength and processing flexibility and is widely seen as ideal for outdoor applications. Here are its core features:

2.Superior weather resistance:
Long-term use in ultraviolet (UV), rain, high temperature (-40°C to +95°C) environment does not fade, crack, powder (more than 10 times better than ABS).
QUV accelerated weathering test (ASTM G154) : no significant performance degradation over 5000 hours.

3.Mechanical properties:
Impact resistance: notched impact strength 6-10 kJ/m² (better than ordinary ABS).
Tensile strength: 40-55 MPa, bending strength 60-80 MPa.
Surface hardness: Rockwell hardness R100-110 (high gloss, scratch resistance).

4.Chemical stability:
Resistant to weak acid, weak alkali, grease and detergent, suitable for automobile oil pollution environment.
It is not resistant to strong acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid), strong bases and some organic solvents (such as acetone).

5.Processing properties:
Melting temperature: 220-260 °C (injection molding, extrusion molding compatible).
Flow: medium (need to control mold temperature and pressure holding time).
Dyeability: Support custom color (Pantone/RAL color number), color masterbatch addition ratio ≤5%.

6.Environmental protection:
Recyclable (in line with EU Reach, RoHS standards).
Some models are UL94 V-0/V-2 flame retardant certified.

Applications:
