Polyamide PPA: is a translucent or opaque milky white particle with thermoplastic, light weight, good toughness, chemical resistance and good durability.
Its most prominent advantage is that its wear resistance is higher than all other fibers, 10 times higher than cotton and 20 times higher than wool. The strength of nylon fiber is 1-2 times higher than cotton,4-5 times higher than wool, and 3 times higher than viscose fiber. In the industry field, nylon is widely used to make round gears, cams, bevel gears, all kinds of rollers, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, worm gear, and so on.

Injection molding

During molding, use proper protective equipment and adequate ventilation. Avoid exposure to fumes and limit the hold up time and temperature of the resin in the



machine. Purge degraded resin carefully with HDPE.
When lower mold temperatures are used, the initial warpage and shrinkage may   be lower, but the surface appearance and chemical resistance may be reduced,    and the dimensional change may be greater when parts are subsequently heated
